Quick start
- Select the stage’s secondary weapon.
- Move around incoming attacks and fire the main shot.
- Use the special weapon when a difficult formation approaches.
- Collect parachuting pilots when it is safe to do so.

Sky Soldiers (US) — About this game
Sky Soldiers (US) uses a trip through different periods of history to frame its scrolling aerial battles. Before a stage, the player chooses the limited secondary weapon that will support the main Wave Shot. Missiles, homing attacks and heavier bombs offer different ways to meet the next formations, but the chosen stock is resupplied only after the level. Rescuing parachuting pilots can award points or strengthen the cannon, adding another reason to move beyond a single safe firing lane.
