How to Play Dual Blades
Quick start
Choose Training, Normal Mode and a fighter before entering Arcade. Press START and open Command List to read that character’s normal and special moves, then practise the default slash, big slash, kick and power buttons. Add the double-tap dash, close forward-plus-big-slash throw and tap-forward guard before starting a run. In Arcade, pick one of eight fighters, defeat the CPU opponents in sequence and reach Alperen, holder of the Dual Blades. Begin with reliable normal strings and use a special only after confirming the opening, because some quarter-circle and double-tap commands are easy to confuse on the GBA pad.
Controls
D-pad moves, crouches, jumps and enters move commands. Default buttons are A slash, B big slash, L kick and R power; Options > Buttons can remap them. Tap forward twice or back twice to dash. At close range, forward + big slash throws; tap forward as an attack lands to block. Hold slash + big slash to spend power on Recovery, and with a full power bar press back + slash + big slash while taking damage for Breaker. START pauses and Training’s pause menu contains Command List.
