Place the Power Pad on Side B. Step on circle 1 for Dance Aerobics, 2 for Pass Stamp, 3 for Pad Antics, or 4 for Aerobic Studios, then use circle 6 to confirm and start. Begin with the earliest dance class and match only the green circles shown on screen. Press Start on the normal controller to pause and resume. In emulation, map all twelve Power Pad zones before choosing a routine.

Dance Aerobics — About this game
Dance Aerobics is the North American NES adaptation of Family Trainer 3, designed for Side B of the Power Pad. Four activity groups cover progressive Dance Aerobics classes, Pass Stamp progress tracking, Pad Antics games such as Tune Up, Mat Melodies, and Ditto, and Aerobic Studios in 5-, 10-, 15-, or 20-minute sessions. The screen highlights target circles in green and the player answers with the matching floor positions. Ten mistakes can end a lesson, so accuracy and rhythm matter more than frantic stepping.
