Galaxy 5000: Racing in the 51st Century — About this game
Galaxy 5000 is an overhead combat racer set in the 51st century. Four armored turbocraft compete on tracks from Mercury outward toward Pluto, using weapons, jumps, shortcuts, and collisions to gain position before the timer expires. Prize money finances repairs and progressively stronger craft or equipment, while damaged steering makes reckless contact costly. The European cartridge supports solo progression and two-player racing on Mercury, and offers Alpha directional steering or Beta rotational steering to suit different control preferences.
