How to Play X
Quick start
Start with the academy training and follow the coach’s instructions. Up/down changes ground speed, left/right turns, A fires the laser and B uses the current EQUIP. In flight or tunnels, up descends and down climbs. START opens the surface pause map; read each new mission briefing before setting out.

Turn through a three-dimensional landscape, adjust speed and follow each mission briefing rather than treating every contact as the same target. Lasers and equipped devices serve different jobs, radar bases provide supplies and tunnels connect distant places; mastering the academy’s driving and flight tests prepares you for the planet’s changing demands.
