How to Play Shining Force II
Quick start
Explore Grans Island and the wider world, recruit new allies, and equip the force before each battle. Spread units enough to avoid area spells while keeping healers protected, use terrain and movement range to build favourable engagements, and promote characters after they have learned useful pre-promotion growth.
Controls
D-pad: move Bowie or the battle cursor and navigate menus. A or C: open commands and confirm movement, attacks, spells, items, or targets. B: cancel or close a menu. Start opens status where supported. Battles proceed by selecting a unit, destination, action, and target while checking movement and attack ranges.
