How to Play High Heat Major League Baseball 2003
Quick start
Select Exhibition, set your team on the left and your opponent on the right, and start the match. For the first time, we recommend checking the timing with Batting Practice. To hit, press B to swing, use the cross input to aim for flies, ground balls, left or right, and hold A to bunt. To pitch, press the cross direction and press A to select the type of pitch, decide on the course, and press A to confirm. Turn on Automatic Fielding until you get used to defense.
Controls
Press B to swing, hold A to bunt, and use the D-pad to adjust your batting tendency. For pitching, select the pitch type and course with Cross+A, and check with Cross+B. The defense runs with a cross, and according to the display, use direction +A/B to reach the bases, cut, and throw the ball to the fielder. Move the runner forward in the L+ direction and return in the R+ direction. START is a pause. The menu is cross, A decision, B back.
