How to Play Hot Potato!
Quick start
Choose Mission for a stage-by-stage first run or Score for score targets, then start the opening road. The potato bus holds six red and blue potatoes in two rows: rearrange them, line the colours up with matching groups approaching on the road and fire a three-potato volley to clear them. In Mission, conserve lives and meet each stage's collection requirement; in Score, reach the points target. Remove groups before they become a roadblock, and use consecutive clears to build points and earn extra lives.
Controls
D-pad: choose menu items. A: flip/reorder the two potato rows. B: fire the selected three-potato volley. L/R: shift the potatoes through the bus one place at a time to prepare the next colour order. START: start or pause play. Red volleys clear red groups and blue volleys clear blue groups, so inspect the next formation before firing.
