How to Play Mario Pinball Land
Quick start
Select Start Game and enter the Fun Fair's first table. Launch Mario with A, keep him above the drain with the left and right flippers, and hit enemies and targets to open routes. Collect stars to unlock Star Doors; early on, concentrate on controlled catches and short flipper shots instead of striking both flippers together, and save items for a difficult target or recovery.
Controls
Left on the D-pad or L operates the left flipper; A or R operates the right flipper. A also confirms and launches Mario from a cannon or plunger. B uses the selected item and cancels. START pauses. On target and shop screens, Left/Right or L/R chooses an option, A confirms and B leaves the shop. Mario is moved by the flippers rather than direct walking controls.
