D-pad skates and chooses menus; it also moves the goalie and aims overtime shots. 1 shoots or cancels a menu choice. 2 passes or confirms. Both action buttons punch during a brawl.
Slap Shot — About this game
Slap Shot brings national teams to the ice in three pools of eight. Choose by strength, speed and balance, then work the puck into shooting position with passes. Exhibition supports one player against the computer or a match between two people; tournaments are for solo play. Rough encounters can turn into brawls, so keep possession and discipline in mind as well as the score. Start in the lower pool to learn the passing and shooting rhythm.
