How to Play Kid Klown in Night Mayor World
Quick start
In the opening forest, practice A jumps and B balloons before attempting a long gap. Hold B to keep a balloon inflated, then release it to throw. Keeping B held while airborne slows your descent. To reach higher ground, place a balloon below you with Down and B, then jump onto it before it bursts. Collect the strawberry in the early tree and use a balloon against the spider ahead. As you reach water, cross the crocodile without lingering on its back. Your goal is to get comfortable combining ordinary jumps with balloon support, not to treat B as a rapid-fire gun.
Controls
Left/right: walk; keeping the direction held builds speed. A: jump. B: inflate and hold a balloon; release to throw. Hold a direction as you release to aim. Down with B places a balloon on the ground for a bounce. Hold B while jumping or falling to float more slowly. The published guide for the Japanese version lists START as pause and as the way to leave a bonus game. These controls concern Mickey's Famicom release, not the Game Boy Crazy Castle games.

Mickey Mouse III: Yume Fuusen builds its platforming around a balloon that is useful in several different ways. Throw it to strike an enemy, keep holding it to drift down more gently, or put it on the ground and bounce from it toward a higher platform. Those abilities compete with one another: releasing your balloon for an attack also removes the support that was slowing your fall. Strawberries give you attempts in the bonus games after stages, while other pickups help restore health or add lives. The Japanese story sends Mickey into the dreams of a Minnie who will not wake up; it is not Kid Klown's mission to rescue his kidnapped family. Learn the opening forest's movement before relying on the more elaborate bounce-and-float combinations needed farther ahead.
