How to Play Naruto: Ninja Council 2
Quick start
Choose a story and start from Chapter 1, "Start." After explaining the operations, there is a tutorial where you can switch between Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura while fighting Rock Lee. Collect the Kiba Scroll and 10 Konoha Marks above, switch with L if necessary, and defeat Lee within 80 seconds to meet the A-rank conditions. Ninjutsu consumes physical strength, so at first practice mainly the normal combo of B hits.
Controls
Move with the cross button, dash twice in the same direction left and right. Jump with A, then double jump with A again in the air. Attack with B, combo with continuous hits, uppercut with Up + B, kick with B while running. Change characters with L, guard with R, pause with START, and switch scrolls with SELECT. Up + A to go up, Down + A to move behind the enemy, A + B to attack in the air, R + A to use a scroll, R + L + direction to check your surroundings. Ninjutsu is Up/Up/B, Down/Down/B, Up/Down/B, and consumes physical strength when successful.
