How to Play Naruto: Ninja Council 2
Quick start
Choose the story game and begin Chapter 1, Start. The opening screens teach the controls before a tutorial fight against Rock Lee with Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura available. Collect the ten Leaf symbols and the Kiba scroll above the arena, switch characters with L when needed, then defeat Lee within 80 seconds for the full A-rank goals. Jutsu consume health, so ordinary B-button combos are safer while learning.
Controls
D-pad moves; tap Left or Right twice to run; A jumps and a second A double-jumps; B attacks, repeated B makes a combo, Up+B uppercuts and running+B kicks; L switches character; R blocks; START pauses; SELECT switches scrolls. Up+A teleports upward and Down+A behind an enemy; A+B attacks in the air; R+A uses the selected scroll; hold R+L and press a direction to scan. Jutsu commands are Up, Up, B; Down, Down, B; or Up, Down, B, and successful jutsu cost health.
