How to Play Wrath of the Black Manta
Quick start
Press START. In the opening New York streets, attack at a safe distance and check doors with up. Try charging B, then releasing it while stationary or moving. Press SELECT to inspect the Ninpo Arts screen; choose a group, enter its list with right, select an art with A, then START to return.
Controls
D-pad: move, up enter, down crouch. A: jump; left/right+A: somersault; down+A: descend. B: dart or close-range knife. Hold/release B: neutral group A, left/right B, down C, up D. SELECT: Ninpo Arts. START: begin/pause. Dialogue: A advance, B end.
Wrath of the Black Manta — About this game
Wrath of the Black Manta sends a lone ninja after the criminals responsible for a series of child kidnappings. The five-stage western adventure mixes platforming with doors, clues and a growing selection of ninja arts. Holding B prepares a spell; the direction held when you release it chooses the equipped group. This is the western adaptation, with altered scenes, music and spell assignments rather than the Japanese Saizou campaign. This entry is the US release.
