How to Play Riot Zone
Quick start
Choose Hawk or Tony and begin the first street stage. Practice a short combination on one opponent, then move to keep the next group in front of you before attacking again.
Controls
The direction pad moves the fighter. II attacks and I jumps; combine directions and attacks for additional moves. RUN starts or pauses play.
Riot Zone — About this game
Dragon Zone’s kidnapping draws Hawk and his partner Tony into a city controlled by the syndicate. Riot Zone follows their advance through side-scrolling stages where groups of opponents must be defeated before the route opens. Punches, jumps and close-range combinations make positioning more useful than continuously holding an attack. Move so enemies approach from one side, and avoid finishing a long sequence with another opponent already at your back. Larger adversaries call for patience: learn the distance of their attack, step out of reach and answer during recovery. The detective story gives the action its purpose, while the immediate task is to control each crowded area without surrendering a safe path out.
