How to Play Rayman Advance
Quick start
Choose one of three save files with Up/Down and A, enter a name, highlight Start and press A. Enter the Dream Forest and start Pink Plant Woods. Travel right, jump across flowers and climb the vines to the exit. Release the cages you can reach, but leave the three blocked ones for a later visit: they require the fist, hanging and grabbing abilities gained during the adventure. Ultimately, free all Electoons, recover the Great Protoon and defeat Mr Dark.
Controls
The D-Pad moves Rayman and menu cursors; Down crouches and Down+Left/Right crawls. A confirms and jumps; once the helicopter power is obtained, press A again in mid-air to glide. B throws the fist after it is unlocked; hold for greater range, while B also operates the grabbing fist. R handles contextual abilities and later runs or plants a magic seed. SELECT returns to the previous menu. The available GBA manual does not specify a pause button, so use the game's on-screen indication.
