How to Play Robopon 2: Cross Version
Quick start
Select New Game, enter the main character's name and birthday, and leave Baba Village's house. Receive the menu screen folder at Hoffman's house on the beach and obtain the ion battery from the dog. After talking to the red-haired girl at the orphanage, ask Nick D about the secret cave, get the key, and collect the solar and moon batteries in the cave. In the battery synthesis in the START menu, in the cross version, Moon + Ion is Sun Zero, Sun + Ion is Hexbot, and Moon + Sun is Scooter. Equip the compatible parts, defeat the gatekeepers on the left and right, and head to Hindo Town.
Controls
Cross button: Main character movement, world map and cursor selection. Move while holding B: Dash. A: Conversation, Investigating, Deciding, Texting. B: Cancelled. START: Field menu including Robopon, items, batteries, and saves. For shops, statuses, and battles, select with the cross, confirm with A, and return with B (cannot be canceled after battle slot rotation). When entering a name, use L/R to switch the character type.
