How to Play Scurge: Hive
Quick start
Begin a new game and inspect the glowing Alert control panel aboard Jenosa's ship with A. Use SELECT to view the tutorial map, pass through the north-eastern hatch and examine the next Alert Panel to proceed. Practise jumping while firing, then follow the station objectives as Jenosa answers the distress signal and investigates the Scurge outbreak. Use decontamination rooms before the infection gauge reaches danger and search optional rooms for upgrades.
Controls
D-pad: move in eight directions and operate menus. A: jump, confirm, examine and advance dialogue. B: fire the selected weapon or cancel. R: change weapon. L: use the tether/gauntlet ability once obtained. SELECT: tutorial/map display. START: main/pause menu. Change weapon when an enemy resists the current damage type.
