How to Play Sega Arcade Gallery
Quick start
At the collection menu, highlight After Burner, OutRun, Super Hang-On, or Space Harrier and confirm. For a first session, OutRun is the clearest start: choose your music, accelerate from the start line, reach each checkpoint before time expires, and choose a branch when the road splits. In Super Hang-On, select a course and race checkpoint to checkpoint. In After Burner, leave the carrier, use gunfire on nearby targets and missiles on locked aircraft; in Space Harrier, keep moving while firing and survive to each stage boss. The original cartridge does not retain high scores after power-off.
Controls
Collection menus: Control Pad selects, A confirms, B goes back, and START starts/pauses. OutRun and Super Hang-On: Left/Right steers, A accelerates, B brakes, and R changes gear. After Burner: Control Pad moves the jet, A fires the gun, B launches a missile after lock-on; holding L+R while sweeping the Control Pad side to side performs a barrel roll. Space Harrier: Control Pad moves Harrier and A fires. These are the GBA mappings; arcade-cabinet and other console controls are not substituted.
