Sonic CD — About this game
Sonic explores branching stages on Little Planet, where signposts open routes into the past or future. Keeping his speed after touching a sign triggers a time warp, while searching the past for robot generators changes the future of that stage. Rings protect Sonic from a hit, and finishing an act with enough rings opens a special-stage opportunity. The adventure mixes speedy runs with deliberate exploration, a Metal Sonic rivalry and a rescue mission for Amy.
