How to Play Shining Soul
Quick start
Press START on the title, select single player, and select an empty file. After choosing your occupation, color, and name from Warrior, Wizard, Archer, and Dragon Warrior, and checking out the shops in town, go out from the bridge at the end of the road and head to the red point on the world map. The first labyrinth has three floors, and defeating the enemies on each floor will reveal the next staircase. In the early stages, attack the enemies one by one with A, and put the dropped recovery items into the quick slot on the right side.
Controls
Cross button: Move/menu selection. A: Attack with weapons and magic, talk, operate treasure chests and stairs, and make decisions. B: Use/cancel item in right quick slot. L: Left quick slot weapon/magic switch. R: Switch items in the right quick slot. START: Game menu. SELECT: Summoned when possessing a monster's soul. Option TYPE B allows you to exchange attacks and item operations between A and B.
