How to Play Spider-Man
Quick start
In the main menu, select START, one of the three memory locations and enter three initials. The first section Crime Spree! is a timed rescue mission: move right through the city, free all four hostages and then reach the exit on the far right. The game pauses for clues; first you learn A for jumping and A again in the air for web swinging. The blinking spider sense warns of dangers, secrets and nearby targets.
Controls
Control pad left/right: move; bottom: duck; above or A: jump. Press A again in the air: swing at the net. B attacks, pressing multiple times creates combos. L shoots a web line that can be aligned with the control pad; R uses the current network power-up. Select takes a photo when the camera symbol flashes, start pauses. In menus A confirms.
