How to Play Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2
Quick start
Select "SINGLE PLAYER" on the title screen, press START, select "SUPER MARIO WORLD" with A, and select one of the three save files. On Yoshi's Island, exit Yoshi's house and turn left to enter the first "YOSHI'S ISLAND 1". The first goal is to reach the goal gate. It is safe to take the mushrooms from the flying blocks at the beginning and crouch to avoid the first giant killer. If you collect 5 Dragon Coins from each course, you will get 1UP. You can save from the START pause screen on the world map.
Controls
Use the cross button to move left and right, crouch, enter doors and pipes, and move around the world map. A is Jump/Swim/Confirm, and if you press and hold it, you will jump higher. Holding B while moving will dash, and is also used for holding/throwing, fireballs, cloak rotation, and Yoshi's eating/vomiting actions. R is for spin jump, dismounting from Yoshi, and switching between Mario and Luigi on the map. L is for screen scrolling, SELECT is for dropping spare items/map results screen, and START is for pausing, deciding, and saving on the map.
