How to Play Tekken Advance
Quick start
Select ARCADE from the main menu and choose the character you want to use from among the nine characters. Arcade is a total of 9 battles between 8 characters other than yourself and a boss. If this is your first time, it will be more stable if you first check the techniques that combine B punch, A kick, R throw, and the cross button in PRACTICE, guard your opponent's attack, and then counterattack with a short combination. If you clear ARCADE with all 9 characters, you can unlock hidden characters.
Controls
Use the cross button left and right to move forward or backward, press down to crouch, and quickly press twice in the same direction to dash/backstep. If you briefly insert the top or bottom and return to neutral, the axis will move. B is a punch, A is a kick, and R is a throw, and when combined with directional input, it becomes a unique move or combination. L (or SELECT) is a 3 ON 3 character change. Pose at START. Guard the upper middle row with rear input or neutral.
