How to Play Shrek 2
Quick start
Start a new story then open Book 1, “Far, Far Away”, chapter 1. Shrek starts alone: go to the right, eliminate the pumpkins, collect their pieces and follow the panel which shows him crashing to the ground. With B, lift the wooden block and place it near the ledge, then use the yellow vines and the moving mushroom to climb up. Continue to the right until you reach the exit. Collecting all the pieces unlocks bonus mini-games.
Controls
The directional cross moves the hero and A jumps; with a fairy equipped, hold A to glide. B triggers the hero's attack or action: Shrek lifts and puts down the objects, while Donkey hits them with his hoof. SELECT picks up or equips keys and bonuses. In team chapters, L/R changes heroes and maintaining L+R moves the group together. START pauses. Shrek lifts and crushes, Donkey breaks obstacles and Cat climbs walls and slides on ropes or vines.
