How to Play Tak 2: The Staff of Dreams
Quick start
At the title screen, press START and start the main adventure from the main menu. The opening continues with a guided section: go right, jump with A and, in front of the first stone wall, press Down+A to use the Spirit of Movement and teleport over. Then follow Jibolba's directions as new Juju powers are introduced; when the game features a dream rift, R allows you to enter the Dream World. The first overall objective is to close the rifts and search for the Scepter of Dreams. Keep an eye on health and mana and organize items with L or SELECT before a difficult stretch.
Controls
D-pad: move Tak or the cursor. A: skip and confirm; after learning the Spirit of Movement, Down+A teleports beyond the first wall and the other prepared obstacles. B: use Thwark; It is also used to gather, carry and throw sheep. Hold L: open inventory; short press L: use the selected object. R: Enter the Dream World when permitted. SELECT: Manage inventory. START: pause and Options. In the menus use the cross to highlight, A to confirm and B to go back.
