How to Play Crock-Man (Marti Colls bootleg of Rene Pierre Crock-Man)

Quick start

  1. Use the four directions to turn at junctions and eat dots along the corridors.
  2. Watch all four monsters and avoid corridors where they could trap you.
  3. Take a power pellet when danger closes in and clear a path while the monsters are blue.
  4. Use the side tunnels and eat the remaining dots to reach the next maze.

Controls

Move with the four-way joystick, choosing a direction where the maze allows a turn. Power pellets activate when you eat them; no attack button is needed. Put some distance between yourself and the monsters before their blue state ends.

Crock-Man (Marti Colls bootleg of Rene Pierre Crock-Man) — About this game

Work through the maze and eat every dot without letting the four monsters catch you. They pursue different targets and set up different ambushes, so watching just one can lead you straight into another. Large power pellets temporarily turn the monsters blue, letting you chase and defeat them. Decide whether to clear distant dead ends while it is safe or save a power pellet for an emergency. The tunnels connecting the left and right sides offer another escape route. Even when chasing points, leave yourself a way out before the power wears off and plan a route back to any dots you missed.
