How to Play Tetris Worlds
Quick start
Press START on the title screen, select TETRIS from MARATHON, and set the start LEVEL to 1. First, please erase 5 lines before they pile up. It will be easier to make a 4-line eraser if you leave one row at the end open and stack them flat, leaving the I shape in the R HOLD. In the published materials, we cannot confirm the changes in rules, modes, and inputs due to the Japanese version Rev 1, so we will normally guide you through the same GBA operations as the Japanese version.
Controls
Use the left and right arrow keys to move, down to soft drop, up to hard drop. A is counterclockwise, B is clockwise, R is HOLD, and START is pause. In the menu, use the four-way controller to select the mode or level, press A to confirm, and press B to return. In hidden POPULAR TETRIS, L/R will move left and right. No operational changes specific to Rev 1 have been confirmed in the documentation.
