How to Play Tetris Worlds
Quick start
Press START, choose Marathon, select Tetris and set Level to 1. Your first goal is to clear five lines without letting the stack top out. A reliable opening plan is to keep one far-left or far-right column empty, build a fairly flat stack, and save an I Tetrimino in Hold for a four-line clear. Marathon also offers Sticky, Fusion, Hot-line, Square and Cascade when you are ready for their different objectives.
Controls
D-Pad Left/Right moves the Tetrimino, Down soft-drops and Up hard-drops. A rotates counter-clockwise and B rotates clockwise. R holds or swaps the falling piece. START opens the pause menu. In menus, use the D-Pad to choose the mode or starting level, A to confirm and B to return. In hidden Popular Tetris, L and R move the piece left and right instead of the standard layout.
