How to Play WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames!
Quick start
On the title screen, press START or A, enter a name then choose the gender of the profile; R suggests a random name while typing. A new game begins with Wario's introductory series; with a save, choose Games > Wario. First read the very short command displayed, then react with the D-Pad, A or both. Successfully complete the first nine microgames, then complete the Wario boss before accumulating four failures. The speed increases after 3 then 6 successes: observe the order and the image before pressing at random.
Controls
Menus: directional cross to choose, A to validate, B to cancel. Micro-games: the cross is used to move, aim or direct and A executes the requested action; depending on the test, you must press, hold, release or hammer A. B is not used in normal microgames. START pauses; A or START validates Continue/Exit and B goes back. R chooses a random name when creating the profile, while L/R speeds up certain displays. In VS subgames unlocked on a single GBA, player 1 acts with L and player 2 with R. The Grid indicates the precise order of each micro-game already encountered.
