How to Play Yu-Gi-Oh! 7 Trials to Glory: World Championship Tournament 2005
Quick start
In the title choose NEW GAME and press A; CONTINUE appears after the autosave is created. After the initial dialogue, go to the shop, take one of the Starter Deck packages and keep the initial 3,000 Duelist Points until you have identified the deck's weak points. In town, stand in front of a duelist and press R. Start with nameless opponents or Téa, avoiding Joey and the dog until the deck is more solid. The weekend tournament is not available in the first week: collect cards and points, then enter the Colosseum from the following week and take part in the events that lead to the seven trophies.
Controls
D-pad: move around the field, change entries, move the cursor and scroll the text. A: confirm, open menu, send messages; in the field opens the submenu, speak or examine. B: cancel/return; in a duel opens the phase completion menu. R: challenge on the field; in a duel read a card or draw in the Draw Phase; in Edit Deck add a card. L: In Edit Deck remove a card. START: Open Options during the duel. In the password L goes back one digit and R advances; in activation messages R confirms everything and L makes everything unconfirmed.
